Others (from 2009)

There are the unclassifiable ones: paintings that just fit the inspiration of the moment, those where I let myself be guided by the brush, those where when I start I don’t know at all where I go... and others that correspond to a very specific order as a text to illustrate or a frame that dictates its law. There are also those that will be the beginning of a series but I don’t know yet!

Il y a des inclassables : des peintures qui correspondent à l'inspiration du moment, de celles où on se laisse porter par le pinceau, de celles où quand on commence on ne sait pas du tout où on va... et les autres qui correspondent à une commande bien précise (un texte à illustrer, un cadre qui dicte sa loi...). Il y a aussi celles qui seront le début d'une série mais on ne le sait pas encore!
